“The air conditioning was “old” and didn’t cool the room down enough. The place was charming but worn. Little things like the wall paper could have been glued back into place.”

“This was our third time staying at Avenwood. We enjoyed the first 2 stays but the third was not good. There was a power outage that went on all night. Due to the power outage there was a beeping noise that was not the smoke detector that just kept beeping and we couldn’t stop it. It disrupted our sleep and our all around relaxation.
