Villa Giulia is located in the green heart of the Marche region, not far from Ancona and the region’s main attractions.
The recently renovated farmhouse dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and still has the unique atmosphere of the countryside and rural life combined with all the comforts of a villa.
Immersed in a property of about one hectare, it is ideal for spending unforgettable moments outdoors, for example in the heated outdoor swimming pool with a whirlpool or in the well-equipped barbecue area.
Guests are welcomed inside by a large living room with a dining area for socializing, a large glass-ceramic kitchen, and a finely furnished bathroom. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and two private bathrooms. Pets are welcome at Villa Giulia at an extra charge.
Villa Giulia is about 3 km from the nearest town, Appignano, and relaxation and privacy are always guaranteed.
