Vackert Lakehouse med privat brygga pÄ Apple Canyon Lake!

Ho Hum East Àr ett vackert sjöhus med privat brygga pÄ orörd Apple Canyon Lake! Huset heter för att hedra mina morförÀldrar som sprang Ho Hum Motel i Denison, Iowa :)

Detta Àr en plats att varva ner, stressa och ha lite kul! Huset har alla helt nya madrasser och kan sova upp till 12 personer. Stort öppet vardagsrum som Àr perfekt för underhÄllande, stora omslag runt dÀck dÀr du kan njuta av fantastisk utsikt över sjön, samt en stor bakgÄrd med gasgrill.

Lake House charm med alla bekvÀmligheter du behöver för att göra en minnesvÀrd helg. Privat brygga Àr perfekt för simning eller fiske. Huset har ocksÄ en 4-sidig paddla bÄt och en stand-up kajak som kan anvÀndas. Det kommer att finnas en eldgrop som börjar den 1 maj. Det hÀr Àr en privat sjö, sÄ du kan inte ta med egen bÄt, men det finns bÄtuthyrning tillgÀnglig via marinan, eller du kan boka en 2 timmars bÄtresa genom mig.

Excellent place to stay

We really enjoyed this very clean house. Kids and I loved playing in the water none stop. Went to the pool one day and all were happy with the diving board. Nice evening sitting by the water with a fire going. Thank you for a great time.

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect for our getaway! Property manager was amazing, explained everything, checked on how our stay was, the house was so clean, everything was very well stocked, and let’s not forget the amazing views of the lake and the amazing patio on the lake! I would most certainly go back here! Our group had so much fun!

Great place

Took my son and his friend for a quick fishing trip on the lake and we loved it. It was clean, roomy, they had beautiful access to the water and just overall a really good time. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great location as advertised

This is a great place to vacation with family and friends. The lakefront landing is gorgeous and had plenty of room for fishing, dining, bonfires, and a dock for all lake activities!

We had a great time at the ACL house. The house was beautiful; we were able to house all of our family easily. The dock and shoreline were nice. We were able to use existing water toys and our own easily.

Last minute weekend get away

My family and I decided to have a great weekend get away before our son graduates from high school and embarks on his next stage of Life. The cabin was fantastic, everything was even better than expected. The host was great to communicate with, we look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful Lake Home

I rented this property for a girls weekend with a few friends. The property is beautiful and the home is cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. We drove to the waterfall nearby, definitely a must see if you stay here.

Overall great property and house!

The house and property were great! The only thing was there was construction going on in the yard by the lake. The property manager was quick to answer our concerns and did refund us for the two hours we couldn’t use the lake access due to the construction. Overall a really great house and property!

Beautiful home on Apple Canyon Lake

The house was in a great spot for us as we have family with a home at Apple Canyon but they couldn’t accommodate all the relatives , we were only 6 minutes away from them so easy to go back and forth. Nice quite part of the lake. The house was well equipped and they had many water toys to use. The girls enjoyed the paddle board . It was nice swimming off the pier . When we were there it was extremely hot and humid and the only complaint would be the bedroom in the loft gets really hot . They did provide fans which helped. They were having landscaping done but it didn’t affect our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. They had a nice information board in the house with everything we needed to know .
