“Clean but definitely needs an upgrade”

“I stayed over three weeks in that room and not once did anyone make and effort to clean room, I had to get my own towels, if they had any.”

“Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found.”

“The room was large and comfortable. The toilet after flushing ran forever. Noisy neighbors and we could hear everything. We had low expectations for breakfast and the hotel was lower. They could offer a little fresh fruit and cheese.”

“Shower Broke 2nd night wouldn't stop running, they did move us to another room however there was un picked up trash in the hallways. Wont be back.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room left some to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Surface level it seemed clean but rooms could use some “deep” cleaning. Cobwebs in corners, dirty walls, and the pool area could use some deep cleaning too. Beds were comfortable. Quiet area off I-79.”

“Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

“The pool was not working when we got there, that was a huge disappointment since we chose between two hotels with pool. We had problems with Wi-Fi and had a flooding in our toilet. The front desk solved all issues for us but it was also inconvenient. It’s a good hotel but we had a bad day. ”
