Welcome to our lake side retreat! Enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach, along with the comfort of air conditioning. This cozy accommodation sleeps 4 and offers shared amenities including a playground and basketball court. With both Lexington and Port Sanilac just a 10-minute drive away, you`re perfectly situated for exploring the area`s attractions. Ideal for families or friends seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. This cottage is on a shared property.

You will need a car to explore the villages of Port Sanilac and Lexington! There is a shared sand volleyball court, basketball court, and play structure on the property.
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
