“Beautiful home. The set up of having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level (one with walk in shower) and one bedroom and bathroom on the lower level was perfect for my family. The host provided everything all the basics to get us started (paper towels, dishwasher detergent, body wash, shampoo, etc) Great view of the lake. Also, the view of all the stars in the sky very early in the morning was spectacular. Host was very responsive to all needs.”

“I love Bar-Mel! It has been around for many years, so don't expect fancy, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff is awesome. A young man named Mo helped me with the tv remote when I couldn't find the volume button. I must have had a senior moment! He was so kind and even gave me a big hug!”

“Although it wasn’t perfectly clean, I wouldn’t expect perfection unless I was paying $300+. It wasn’t nothing that made me wanna change rooms. Staff was nice, the little shop came in handy. It was mostly raining when I came. Breakfast wasn’t anything crazy. Mainly eggs n some type of meat. Still give it a 9/10.”
