“The sheets were clean but not much else. Bathroom was full of mold, faucets installed backwards, rough towels, cracked and peeling cabinets.”

“For our purposes this was the ideal location for business and visiting family. We have stayed in Aloft properties before and expected minimalism, but... only four hangers? And there was no housekeeping service during a five-night stay. I had to ask for towels on the third day, that were delivered while we were out, but dirty towels were not picked up nor was the bed made (ever). :( The indoor pool is great, and the bar/lounge area is very nice but general hotel experience was lacking.”

“Staff and services were all excellent. No breakfast included but there are lots of restaurants nearby if you don’t want anything at the on site restaurant/breakfast buffet. The facilities are up to date and clean. There is plenty to parking as well.”

“First hotel I’ve been in where u have to request housekeeping. Receptionist never told us we needed to request housekeeping when we was checking in. So for the 5 days my self and my family was there, our room never got cleaned.”

“Booked two rooms. Both rooms were out dated. Our first night tried to take a shower and no hot water. Called down to hotel front desk and told them we did not have hot water the guy at the desk was rude. We asked to be moved to a new room which he did but he was very rude. New room did have hot water but the mattress in both rooms were hard they need to update the hotel.”

“Bed was a little firmer than I like. The shower door didn't stay closed without sticking a washcloth in it and was missing a handle.. the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent. The basic hotel breakfast. Pool was nice a little chilly but my grandkids had fun in it.”

“We stopped here during a cross-country road trip from California. The hotel looked clean, though the location is a bit unusual and felt very secluded with no people around. We stayed in a suite, but the couch bed was super uncomfortable, came with only one pillow, and had a very thin blanket. Other than that, the stay was just okay. We will not be staying here again.”

“Nice, basic long-term stay hotel. In a very nice area right off the interstate. Was built fairly recently so it was a little more run down than I expected in some areas. Part of the counter laminate in my room was coming off and the walls/stairs were dinged up. Fitness room has a couple treadmills, an elliptical and functional trainer/cable machine with weight stacks but there was no bench, dumbbells, or mats which was disappointing.
