“This was our first time staying here. check in was seamless. The owner was friendly and welcoming. small snacks and cocktails were available in the living room. It was an easy walk to Thames Street for shopping and dining. Will definitely stay again. ”
“We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!”

“I took my daughter and her friend to Newport for a couple days to get away. I like the fact that this hotel had the beach right across the street and was close to the shopping in Newport. The hot tub wasn’t working on the rooftop deck, but that was fine. The elevator also was being repaired on day two of our stay and was out of commission until we left. We did get a text message asking if we would need help with our bags when we left which we didn’t need, but it was nice to know that it was an...
“We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and so glad we found this adorable inn. Their yummy breakfasts were pleasantly served by the inn keeper, Kim and the Inn accommodated my gluten allergy for breakfast treats. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the wharf, we basically left our car in their private parking lot and walked everywhere. An added bonus, 4-6pm they served cheese, crackers and wine. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great, warm stay.”
“Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room.”
