Located on the 1st floor without elevator of a 3-story building (Le Silène), it has a living room with television, double sofa bed and dining area, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, and a 4 m² balcony to enjoy sunny days in both summer and winter.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, electric oven, microwave, two-burner induction hob, and everything you need to enjoy fondue and raclette evenings if you wish.

You will also find a drying rack for your small items of laundry in the closet in the studio entrance, along with useful accessories for quick daily cleaning if needed. On the ground floor, there is a locker for storing your skis, and in the basement, there is a storage chest for storing your travel bag or suitcase, for example.

The studio is ideally located on the Pré du Bois hill, in a very quiet and pleasant environment with a pétanque court at the foot of the residence, a private tennis court, and access to numerous hiking and biking trails, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Aravis mountains and a beautiful viewpoint over the Arve valley just a five-minute walk away. In summer, you can even walk around Mont Favy on a shaded trail.

It also benefits from its proximity (about 200 meters) to the Aquacîme leisure center (two heated outdoor pools, large lawns for relaxation with a magnificent panorama of the surrounding mountains, a water play area for young children, a water slide, a beach volleyball court, a snack bar, and fitness and wellness areas (indoor Zen pool, sauna, hammam, and solarium).

Aquacîme is open according to the resort's seasons: winter from mid-December to mid-April; summer from mid-June to mid-September; and, with its mini-golf course, during the All Saints' Day holidays: from October 19 to November 3, 2025.

The ski lifts are open from December 13, 2025, to April 12, 2026.

Transport:
If you are coming by car on the A40 motorway, take exit 19 “Magland Cluses,” then the D6 towards Les Carroz Flaine via the Col de Balme. At the entrance to the village, turn right immediately and follow signs for “Les Carroz Ouest” until you reach “Pré du Bois.” Once you arrive at your destination, you can park your car in front of the Le Silène building.

In winter, the free ski bus (which stops in front of the residence) will take you to the village center and the ski lifts.
