It's a 15-minute walk from the port, a 5-minute drive from the beach and sailing schools, in a residence with a SWIMMING POOL (open from June 1 to September 30) and a balcony.

The accommodation is fully equipped and is ideal for a tourist stay. It has: Lift, Parking, Coffee machine (with filters), Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, pizza oven, wifi, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine and Dryer. There are two bicycles available, as well as a baby bed.
It will be very appreciated for its proximity to the favourite places of the premises.

The residence's swimming pool is opened from July to September , it is accessed with a key. You will be ideally located, close to shops and restaurants.
The beach and the port are easily accessible. You can take advantage of the area and its famous spots for surfing, kite-surfing or windsurfing. You can also visit the Teich bird reserve and admire the beautiful bird species in the area.
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each trip.

## Emplacement
Arcachon is a commune of the South-West of France located in Gironde. It is here the opportunity to enjoy activities in the middle of nature through the many hiking trails, bicycle paths and water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, stroll on the port or take a boat to the Ile aux Oiseaux. The Winter City is a neighborhood where you can discover an eccentric and original architecture between mosaics, gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
It is a town full of charm that perfectly combines a famous seaside resort and a typical small town with its pine trees and sea salt smells.

Check in was confusing as would have been useful to give no for car park and which block as well as entry no for block prior to just the keycode for the keys as this resulted in panicked call to provider. Whilst the instructions were available in picture format further down it wasn't clear that you needed to open that link for the other check in info. Also it was difficult to access outside the appartment which meant the link didn't open.Appartment was nice and clean if a little cramped for 3 adults and difficult to sit out on the balcony for long due to persistent mosquitos (but that wasn't fault of the hosts). Patio door didn't lock and the automatic blind wasn't working so had to do manually and also some electrics didn't work such as main bedroom light. TV didn't work for us as you need to sign in with a google account which we don't have. Need more sunloungers around the pool as only 3 and a few plastic chairs but pool was a definite bonus and lovely and clean.Local shop 1/2 a mile away with good choice once in town. Overall a nice property just a few issues to look at.
