An exceptional natural setting
Les Abatilles is nestled between the pine forest and the Atlantic Ocean, offering a calm, verdant living environment. The district is famous for its large villas surrounded by maritime pines, its shady streets and its almost “timeless” atmosphere.

The Abatilles spring
One of the district's most emblematic features is the Sainte-Anne des Abatilles spring, a natural mineral water discovered in 1923. It can be visited, and is still exploited today. It's a source of local pride and a great place for a stroll with a touch of history.

Close to Pereire beach
The neighborhood is very close to Plage Pereire, one of Arcachon's most beautiful beaches. Long, lined with lawns and a promenade, it's perfect for families, sports enthusiasts or those who simply want to relax with a superb view of the basin.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover.

The presence of children near the pool requires constant, continuous and effective supervision. Even when children can swim, they must be under the direct and constant supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
Access to and use of the pool by minors is entirely the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults, who alone assume all responsibility in the event of an accident or incident.
