“Very nice hotel, friendly staff and they were always welcoming, they helped us with everything, we fall sick there due to altitude and the staff helped us recover, we had a rental car and they helped us park the car in garage and remove whenever we needed. The kichen staff was also very good, specially Rossy who always made sure we got the best food”

“The place feels unsafe, extremly noicy and loud from streetdogs and traffic. The shower has to prepare by staff to get heat. Feels like a 1-star hotell. The manager was not helpful at all. He did wrongs with payment and actually hunted me and my friend to pay another amount without us knowing why in the city 1 hour after we checked out. (he don’t speak english) ”

Rent och fint överallt, extraplus med gratis syrgas till hotellgästerna vilket behövdes givet höjden Cusco ligger på. Enda minuset var att hotellet inte hade gym och pool. ”
