This typical two-story Ligurian house features a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, Wi-Fi, TV, two fans, two bathrooms, and a storage/laundry room with washing machine. It accommodates up to five adults. Outdoor spaces are perfect for sunbathing, reading in the shade, picnics, barbecues, or simply enjoying the surrounding nature.



The location is ideal for day trips, beach outings, visits to nearby tourist destinations, or local wineries to taste D.O.C. Colli di Luni wines. Within about 800 meters you’ll find electric car charging stations, a shopping center, pharmacy, bank with ATM, post office, police station, train station, emergency medical services, and other essential amenities.



We recommend visiting Sarzana, a candidate for Italian Capital of Culture 2028, with its historic palaces, two famous fortresses, the Cinque Terre Park, Via dell’Amore, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Gulf of Poets, Portofino, Pontremoli, Carrara Marble Quarries, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Lucca, and other attractions.



Minimum stay is three nights in low season (April, May, June, September, October) and five nights in high season. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The tourist tax applies for a maximum of three nights.
