Hotell nära Ardmore Convention Center

“The property was great. The problem is that I booked the room for October 25-26. My confirmation said November 1-2. Nonrefundable. So when I arrived at the hotel, I had to change my reservation to October 25-26 and pay an extra $120. No credit for the first booking. I would like my account to be credited please.”

“Ok”

“Property was in a great location and very clean. The rooms were perfect for what we needed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our only issue was not on the hotel at all but may be helpful for future guests. The attached resturant that offers breakfast to hotel guests was $15 a person for the same continental breakfast you get as part of your stay in other hotels. They take your payment right inside the door and then direct you to the food. We would not have eaten there if we knew...

“Room was not clean at all. We ended up changing from one room that was disgusting with stains everywhere, to a different one that was slightly better but still not up to par. We were honestly scared to put our things down or shower. Luckily we always bring cleaning supplies when we travel, so we ended up just cleaning it ourselves. Something was going on with the air where it kept turning off in the middle of the night as well. We've stayed here before and the experience was much more pleasant,...

“Fire alarm set off 6.15 AM and there should be a "No danger" alarm, so that one know to go back to sleep. No gluten free bread - We had put down in our reservation, so there should at least be an answer on that part - That customers need to bring ones own bread - OR you could keep bread in the freezer.”

“The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast menu had several choices available. The A/C, microwave oven and refrigerator worked well. The bed was Ok, but the chair was uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“The room was clean, and the breakfast was good.”

“The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Amenities worked well. Good breakfast menu. Bed was comfortable but the chair was not.”

“Excellent service”

“Thwy offer a breakfast which contain only ceral, juice machines were dead or empty, not impressed at all wouldnt stay again, hallways and carpet were filthy , room.was decent but not super clean bathroom. To much money this accomidation.”

“Ordered the king size bed. Got a twin. Wouldn’t move my room. Sheets were filthy. Toilet seat had pubic hair on it. Rusty fridge. Overall disgusting. I travel for work and frequent hotels. By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. I can send pictures if you’d like”

“Good place”

“Very nice facility and staff. Breakfast was great and the area was clean and quiet. We will be back again!”
