“ We stayed at Le Lappe Relais on our 6th night in Italy. The drive to this remote oasis was gravel uneven, windy, uphill roads only wide enough for one car surrounded by gnarly trees. “Loved it! Super helpful at check-in telling us about everything that was available. We wrote horses for two hours at a very affordable price. The restaurant on site was was good and breakfast was wonderful. Hiking trails and views were amazing. Would definitely stay again. “We could not be happier with our stay at Il Verreno. We arrived late on our first night and they were able to hold our table in the restaurant for dinner. My husband had Coeliac disease and not once did we have to tell the staff, they had a note in file and every single one of them remembered for the whole trip. They made changes to the menu for him, ensuring he had gluten free bread and pasta etc. the service was excellent throughout the hotel, the hotel was clean and the rooms are beautiful....

“Amazing place at an amazing location! The owner is very friendly and produces its own Chianti Classico wine. The rooms are nice and clean and the AC is new and very good. The pool is super clean with a nice temperature. Also want to say that even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there is an amazing place nearby - a must try!! Definitely recommend this place - we will come back”

Super friendly staff, amazing environment with breathtaking views, great breakfast and dinner. “This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared.
