This family home, located in Aregno, a small village on the Balagne coast, welcomes you for your holidays in a unique setting.

Ideally situated, 10 minutes from the beach (by car), it offers a glimpse of the sea from several rooms and invites you to relax.
For your comfort, it is fully equipped and has a wifi connection.

Accommodation
Ideal for 6 people, but can accommodate up to 8 if required, the 120 m² house is laid out as follows:

Ground floor
- On a tiled floor, the light-filled living room, with its large picture windows offering a view of the sea, offers a TV lounge area (connected to orange.tv) and a dining area with a convivial dining table.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter and pod coffee makers (Nespresso)...
- First bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room
- separate WC

First floor
- Time to relax with another lounge area on the mezzanine: sofa, TV and table that can be used as a workspace. All with sea views. The sofa converts into a double bed if required.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A third bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together.
- A second shower room with WC.

Outside
Look out over the sea and enjoy the garden and its terrace: table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue are all at your disposal.

Neighbourhood
In a quiet neighbourhood with a family and Corsican village atmosphere.
Close to restaurants, grocery shops, bakeries and pizzerias.
The village of Aregno and its hamlets, Torre and Praoli, invite you to discover its rich architectural and cultural heritage. You're sure to fall under the spell of this village. It is, first and foremost, an ancient farming town in the heart of what was once known as the garden of Corsica.

Hiking, mountain biking, water sports and museums nearby.
2 minutes from the village of Pigna, where there is a craftsmen's trail.
5 minutes from the village of Sant-Antonino, one of Corsica's most beautiful villages, with a breathtaking panoramic view.

Other remarks
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. Additional cleaning is possible during your stay, on request (to be paid on site).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- A hire car can be hired on site, please contact the host in advance.
