“OMG! We just loved Chongos Place! The cabins are so cute and beautiful, clean with all necessities. The porch with the hammock was just our favorite place. The plants right outside the porch invite these beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies that we got to observe up close! And the pool was amazing, we spend hours in it each day. Great if you have kids (my daughter never wanted to leave the pool!) And to top it all... the view of the Arenal is breathtaking. Check in/ check outs were...

“The room was larger than I thought and was perfect for a family with two small children, with a view of the Volcano from the balcony. There was a Jacuzzi in the room but we didn't understand how it worked (or it didn't work properly) so we were a little disappointed with that. But that didn't bother us 'cause the kids pool and the hot springs (with seven mini waterfalls) was warm and fun enough for our four year old to play in for hours in a row. “Dinner at the restaurant is fantastic! The Chocolate tour (5 min walk) was a great mid morning tour and very interesting - make and eat your own chocolate! The walk up to La Fortuna was challenging so ask for a ride of you need one. The owner was incredibly helpful and was able to get me a day pass to Baldi Springs for the locals rate :) ”
