Très bonne expérience, au calme, maison agréable et super piscine
Très bon séjour, très bon accueil de Julia. La piscine est top. On est proche de Barcelone (30 mn) mais au calme … plage à pied (moins de 10 mn) Super terrasse pour repas en famille et entre amis (on était 8) Ventilateurs dans les chambres mais une Clim serait bienvenue pour des nuits plus fraîches … projet en cours apparemment

Best host ever!
We somehow failed to realize that 1) the house was uphill, far from any grocery store, and 2) there were in reality only one shadowy place to sit and eat (balcony). But when that is said, everything was really nice, and the host was very hospitable, service-minded and informative. She even brought a new coffee machine when we could not figure out how the old one worked and thought it was broken (it was not - we just did not figure out how to use it).

Wij nooit meer en zou het niemand aanraden
De ligging perfect, van buitenaf gezien erg mooi, het zwembad is heerlijk, de verhuursters( moeder en dochter zijn erg vriendelijk. Slechte bedden, veel te zacht, spiraal kapot, slecht bankstel, (zit op hout), 2 tafelstoelen kapot, absoluut nergens lekker kunnen zitten, je krijgt overal een houten kont, vel licht in de woonkamer. Keuken zeer oud en slecht onderhouden. Koekenpan stond bol. 2 badkamers waren goed, alleen nergens kon je de deuren op slot doen. in de badkamers is ook de wc. Warmwater: dit gaat doormiddel van een elektrische geiser, slaat constant af en ook als je onder de douche staat, heb dat ding veel moeten resetten. Kleding kasten geen leg planken, was dan in sommige kasten een kastje in gezet. In het gehele huis hangen de handgrepen op halfzeven. Veel vloer tegels stuk. Het huis is ontzettend gehorig, bv. als iemand op de 2e etage hoest hoor je dit in de woonkamer, ook al zijn alle deuren dicht. Geen airco in het huis, wel op iedere slaapkamer een vin. BBQ kon niet gebruikt worden ivm met zeer veel roest. Dus daar nooit meer, zonde van het geld en te veel ergernissen over de accommodatie

We werken er hard aan om ons huis zo perfect mogelijk te maken, zodat al onze gasten van hun vakantie kunnen genieten en goede herinneringen kunnen meenemen. Evenzo houden we zoveel mogelijk rekening met de opmerkingen en suggesties van al onze gasten. Het huis is zoals het op de foto's en in de beschrijving staat. Het spijt ons voor uw mening en we hopen dat het geen negatief antwoord is vanwege de waarschuwing die aan hen is gegeven voor het niet naleven van de regels.

A very nice home in a beautiful little town
Julia’s house was a great vacation home for us! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is awesome…easy to get in and out, a pretty quiet neighborhood, and easy to drive to all the places in Catalunya that you will want to go visit. Julia was very responsive and helpful. A wonderful host!

Wonderful Sunny time
We had a lot of fun and the house was just the right size for us all . It was close to everything as advertised and even Barcelona was just up the road. Only downside was the mosquitoes that chewed the heck out of me. Would recommend it to any one looking for a quiet lace in an ideal location.

Good for the price
Overall nice stay. Interior was old but and could be renewed but everything was working. Kitchen is equipped with basic but all we needed. Beds could have been more comfy but that is to personal feeling. Location is really close to the beach. For groceries you have plenty of options but need a car. Train station is also close by if needed.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub
Die Villa hat ausreichend große Schlafräume für die Anzahl der Personen und ist sehr schön in einem Vorortbereich von Arenys de Mar am Hang gelegen. Der Gehweg zum Strand ist kurz (ca 10 Minuten) und zum Abkühlen kann man jederzeit in den eigenen sehr schönen relativ großen Pool springen. Insgesamt ist es dort ruhig (für Teenager vielleicht etwas zu ruhig) und man kann sehr gut entspannen und den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und reagiert innerhalb von Minuten. Check in und check out völlig unproblematisch. Es könnten evtl ein paar mehr Liegen am Pool zur Verfügung gestellt werden und auch ein oder zwei Sonnenschirme für den Strandbesuch wären super. Insgesamt ein absolut zu empfehlendes Erlebnis und eine tolle Gelegenheit die Gastfreundschaft des Landes genießen zu dürfen. Danke dafür!

sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben es genossen, sehr nette unkomplizierte Vermieterin, genug Platz im Haus und Garten und 10min zu Fuss an den Strand. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Schönes Haus, zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit super Pool
Das Haus ist schön und sehr praktisch aufgeteilt. Der Pool hatte im Juni schon eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Das Meer ist zu Fuß ca. 15 Min entfernt. Für einen Urlaub mit Teenagern ist das Haus ideal.

This Villa is lovely
The villa is in a fantastic location with the beach at the end of the road. The town is really nice with some great restaurants and the beaches are beautiful. The villa itself is lovely. Great indoor space with really good bedrooms, especially the top room. The outdoor space is amazing! The balcony on the top floor has beautiful views of the sea and the main outdoor space is perfect for dinner and relaxing. The pool is great and a fantastic area to relax in the sun. I highly recommend this villa. It has everything you want and need for a great holiday. The owner Julia and her daughter were so nice too. They couldn't have made the check in and check out any easier. 5 star rating from me. Many thanks.

Heerlijke huis en omgeving
Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad en de kinderen hebben genoten . Alles is in de buurt het strand de supermarkten Je hebt heel veel steden in de buurt zoals Barcelona en Lloret de Mar wij hebben daar genoten van het strand en winkelen en eten Verder was Julia en haar dochter super aardig . Maison et plage tres agreables
Globalement tres bien. La maison avec la piscine parfaites. La plage n est pas bondee de monde. Ville catalane avec peu de touristes. Point d attention les chiens des voisins qui aboient longtemps la nuit.

Outstanding!
My family of 5 enjoyed a blissful 2 weeks here. We didn't want to leave. The house itself is beautiful with all our needs taken care of. A little bonus was the "suite" and private terrace on the top floor for my husband and I. We dined on the large terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen was fully appointed with masses of crockery and utensils. The large fridge freezer enabled us to store all those little treats. The outside space was stunning with immaculately kept gardens. The pool was a little slice of heaven. It was beautifully warm which allowed for many lazy hours bobbing about taking in the peace and quiet. The beach was within walking distance and the town and supermarkets 2 mins away by car. The town of Arenys de Mar hosted some lovely restaurants and bars, and although not overly touristy it met all our needs. We had an amazing fine dining experience at restaurant El Mot and receommend a visit there but book beforehand. Finally a huge thank you to Julia and her daughter Judith for making us so welcome and being on hand for our every need. We have used HomeAway for the last 4 years and have never been let down. This however has been the best to date.

Belle propriété , très propre et très bien équipée. Piscine très agréable . Merci à Julia pour son accueil . Un point à optimiser est soit la mise en place d'une climatisation dans les chambres , soit un ventilateur pour raffraichir les nuit chaudes de la Costa Brava ! Un très bon séjour . Notre maison n'avait jamais eu besoin d'appareils, car les nuits d'été ont toujours été très agréables et même un peu froid Cette année, exceptionnellement, a été un été très chaud, car la vague de chaleur a touché toute l'Europe. Une maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille
Nous avons à nouveau loué cette maison, après être venus l'année dernière. Nous apprécions particulièrement la piscine qui est splendide. La maison est vaste pour huit, on s'y sent à l'aise. La propreté est irréprochable. Arenys n'est pas très touristique et c'est très bien ainsi : la plage est à dix minutes de marche et on ne se bat pas pour trouver une place tant elle est large. Il n'y a pas d'inquiétude, vous pouvez louer la maison sans hésiter.

Beautiful home, great beach location, and excellent service
Moltes gracies, Julia for the great time at your beautiful Arenys de Mar property. My family had a wonderful experience with your beautifully maintained beach house. The location was excellent, just a short 5 minute walk to the lovely Platja del Cavaió where I enjoyed the warm blue waters and sandy Mediterranean beach. Thank you also for responding so quickly to any question we had, and your great flexibility with our travel changes. I hope to come visit Arenys de Mar soon!

Séjour parfait, merci Julia!
Nous avons passé 15 jours sublimes dans cette belle maison bien équipée avec une piscine entretenue (quelqu'un passe 2 fois par semaine pour nettoyer la piscine et entretenir le jardin). À notre arrivée, la propriétaire, Julia, nous a accueilli pour tout nous expliquer et nous laisser des informations sur ce qu'il y avait à visiter dans la région. Tout au long du séjour Julia était disponible pour répondre à nos questions. À recommander.

sejour parfait dans une belle maison et belle piscine
nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans cette superbe maison avec sa belle piscine la proprietaire est tres gentille et disponible si besoin la maison est tres grande et tres fonctionnelle la plage est toute proche de la maison dommage manque un peu de commerce pour se balader le soir je recommanderai cette location sans hesiter

Une belle maison idéalement placée
Nous avons passé deux belles semaines à Arenys, un endroit que nous avons découvert, bien loin des clichés de la costa brava. La plage est trés propre et peu fréquentée, le village agréable, sans la foule de touristes étrangers que nous connaissions dans les autres stations. La maison est vaste, 8 couchages sans se serrer. EXTRÊMEMENT PROPRE, la cuisine moderne avex un grand frigo. Manquent quelques ustensiles (amenez un tire-bouchon), mais cela ne retire rien à la qualité globale. Vaste jardin et barbecue très pratique. Enfin, la piscine est magnifique, les photos ne rendent pas correctement la trés belle finition. Je la recommande et la reserverai sans doute si je dois passer de nouvelles vacances en Espagne.
