CASA LAURA is located in a strategic position and is particularly convenient both for those arriving by train, as it is just a few steps from the railway station, as well as from the bus stop and the taxi stand, and for those arriving by car, as it is in an area surrounded by free parking. The town center is just a few hundred meters from the house, where you can stroll through the typical Ligurian alleys until you reach the sea. Shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. From CASA LAURA, with strollers, you can easily immerse yourself in the greenery and coolness of the centuries-old trees of the Arenzano municipal park, which offers entertainment for the little ones with a dedicated play area and a variety of animals, including the iconic peacocks that often entertain visitors with their spectacular displays. Along this path, you will find areas dedicated to letting your four-legged friends run off-leash.

Bring your pets on vacation with you—they will be welcome. The CASA LAURA apartment is located in Arenzano and is the ideal accommodation for FAMILIES. The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV and a washing machine. This holiday home features a private terrace for relaxing evenings outdoors. Smoking and parties are not allowed.
 
This property RESPECTS the MUNICIPAL rules for WASTE recycling (more information is provided on site).
