Nestled in Arès, on the Bassin d'Arcachon, this bright apartment is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests, it offers direct access to the beach (200m), air conditioning for cool nights even in midsummer, and a prime location to explore all the highlights of the Bassin.

The sleeping area is carefully arranged to ensure your rest: the master bedroom features a double bed (140×190) while the living room transforms into a sleeping area thanks to a sofa bed (140×200). A cot is also available for little ones.
Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee.

In terms of amenities, everything has been thought of for your comfort. You will have a functional bathroom, a washing machine (ideal for longer stays), as well as an iron and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster for breakfast.
