This charming house is surrounded by a garden where you can enjoy the sun. The private terrace is perfect for your summer evenings, while the garden is ideal for relaxing. Its central location in Argelès-sur-Mer allows you quick access to sandy beaches and many local activities, such as hiking, cycling, proximity to Spain, and various cultural activities.



Inside, you will find a bright and welcoming living room with comfortable furniture, where the whole family can gather. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a coffee maker, a capsule coffee machine, a dishwasher and a microwave, allowing you to easily prepare delicious meals. The dining area offers a friendly atmosphere for sharing your meals.



You can park a car securely on the property; however, it will be parked in front of one of the bedroom windows.
