“This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. It's a boutique hotel with five-star service. Rosa and Matías and the other staff are phenomenal. They made us feel like family. The breakfast buffet is a huge and delicious spread. There are cafes and restaurants close by, but the street is quiet. It's a few minutes walk from the beautiful Nimez nature reserve. “Not a great place. Our room was quite cold and the radiator didn't work. After notifying the staff about this 2 times they looked at it but couldn't fix it themselves as they didn't have the right tool. So we had a very cold first night until they fixed after a third notification from us the day after. Nobody at the hotel speaks a word English which obviously could be a problem. The hotel is also a bit off and up a steep hill, not terrible but not ideal. Breakfast only consists of sweet stuff.”
