âThe swimming pool is basically useless since it is very small and very shallow. The grounds were large enough to have built a decent size lap pool. Salt water is used, however, which makes it nice to be in. The staff are quite friendly but you see plates with old food in the corridors for hours, long queue for breakfast etc. I had the feeling that this wasnât because of the staff but due to poor management. â

The dinner on property was absolutely delicious as was brunch the following morning. Our only complaint was the pool was green, truly unpleasant to look at and extremely disappointing considering it was 105 degrees and all we wanted to do was be in the water. We would expect a property as nice as this one would have maintenance on this immediately but it was green again the following morning.

âThis is a great hotel. Iâve been staying at a whole bunch of different hotels over the past year and this is absolutely one of the best when it comes to service, room (I love the concrete floor in the room) and pool area.
Tip: avoid the Cartel coffee shop. At 10.30 on a Saturday they were already out of yoghurt, croissants etc. Luckily they still had coffee, but only one size and it wasnât good (but expensive). The staff in the coffeeshop also were pretty unfriendly.â
