“Had a nice stay, cozy place! Just as pictured. Host was very responsive. We were missing paper towels and a hair dryer which would have been nice. But a nice stay for a great price!”

“Big rooms, but they really need to have a makeover. The beds are comfy in some rooms, others worn down. The staff are quite friendly but you see plates with old food in the corridors for hours, long queue for breakfast etc. I had the feeling that this wasn’t because of the staff but due to poor management. ”

“Check in was easy. Host communication was great. Studio was very clean. Dedicated parking spot for the unit was an added bonus. Overall, fantastic stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. Thanks Vince!”

“Nice little place. Has everything you need! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, internet! Very clean! Always #1 when i stay somewhere. Bed was very comfy!! Great communication with host!! Available with any questions but check-in and checkout was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if they have me!”

“Great fun course to play on. The resort itself was nice. I hadn’t realized it was resort that’s been around for a while and changed hands along the way, including the Marriott group. This iteration is nicely done and the view of the camelback mountain is surreal. I was disappointed, however, with the customer service. Starting from check-in to our experience at the bar on the first night where one of the servers was a bit unkind and what my brother perceived as a little ignorant/bigoted. All...

“Staff friendly. Room clean. Very practical with water station on floor and fridge drawer. I love that there is no hotel room snacks or alcohol for purchase in room”

“This is a great hotel. I’ve been staying at a whole bunch of different hotels over the past year and this is absolutely one of the best when it comes to service, room (I love the concrete floor in the room) and pool area. Tip: avoid the Cartel coffee shop. At 10.30 on a Saturday they were already out of yoghurt, croissants etc. Luckily they still had coffee, but only one size and it wasn’t good (but expensive). The staff in the coffeeshop also were pretty unfriendly.”
