âThis is a great option if you want to be in a great location in Tucson near by downtown or the University.
Great design, very clean. Consider theres no parking in the building so you should park on the street. â

âI love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. âWe absolutely love this hotel and wouldnât consider staying anywhere else when visiting Tucson. The staff is incredibleâalways welcoming and attentiveâand the rooms are kept as clean as possible.
Each morning, the same friendly face greets us at breakfast, and the kitchen staff does a great job making sure everything is well-stocked and fresh.
The only small issue we noticed was the carpeting in the roomsâit could use a deep cleaning, as we noticed some discoloration when wearing white...
âThe Mrs and I made a weekend trip to Tucson for a Broadway play at U of A centennial hall. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the U of A campus, which was perfect for our purpose. There are many food choices within walking distance. We look forward to our next stay.â
âOld motel that so some extent is modernized but the room we got was quite run down. Weird with bathroom in the center of the suite. Plus though go the chairs outside the room with some tiny walls between the suites that offers some provacy. Pool was nice and warm and deep compared to modern shallow pools. The âreceptionâ was just a two-for-one ticket for the adjacent bar, definitely not family friendly so we didnât use. Unfortunately not many other restaurants in the area so taking the car for...
âI love their choices of breakfast they're very very clean in there dining area the rooms are pretty clean as well especially the bathtubs which is very important to me and the staff is pretty friendly they always have good humorâ
âHomeless people roaming around the motel and the door wasn't possible to lock properly. One of them screamed repeatedly outside my window in middle of the night.
Reception accidentally froze $525 instead of $100 which was required for deposit. So I didn't have any money during my stay here. They sent the money back, but I don't know when it will be back in my account. No help other than a recommendation to talk with my bank about it was given by the hotel & Hotels.com
