“This hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. It was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. The rooms were very clean and very spacious! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express!”

“The staff were friendly and respectful. My room was clean and had a nice layout with a large couch, desk area and coffee counter with microwave and fridge. The free breakfast was decent and they also offered a workout room and laundry room. ”

“The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. ”

“I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic.”

Our room had soaking wet carpets from being cleaned just before arrival, with a large fan running. The next day, a strong chemical smell had been added to mask the odor. We were moved rooms the following day, but the new room smelled strongly of smoke and felt very stale—we had to buy air fresheners just to...

“I would really like a refund for my stay. I booked this hotel because amenities included shuttle and restaurant. The shuttle was unable to be used because one it was after 9pm and the other we were the only guests who needed it so they couldn’t run it. Nowhere when I initially booked it it states that there were only available to be used within it a certain timeframe or a minimum capacity. The restaurant was not open due to low customers so I had to uber food only to then be told by someone else...

“This was the worse experience I have ever had ! I can’t comment on room / amenities as I was informed upon landing that the hotel no longer had a room and there was nothing they could do. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...
