“The whole key process was simple. The room was great. The stairs were really steep. Railing is really low so nothing to hold on to as you walk down the stairs. Other than that, it was a nice stay.”

“The only bad thing is we turned our air down when we left for our concert so it would be cold to come into and sleep. Apparently it has some type of sensors that does not allow it to start cooling until you arrive back. Slept hot as hell. Never again”

“This is a nice hotel and offers free parking in a an adjacent garage. However, the hotel seemed overpriced for the amenities. The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. Doors to rooms seemed surprisingly heavy to open, which was a bit odd. There is no real restaurant, only a place to order a sandwich and breakfast items with limited hours. There is a small bar. Many restaurants and bars are nearby and the location is excellent to go to the Clinton Library. Riverfront...

“Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...
