The hotel is perfectly located in Arles, right between two of the most important historical attractions in the city, and in a very pleasant setting on a lovely town square. The hotel staff is extremely nice and service minded, and the hotel has a very relaxed charm.

Had a wonderful weekend with my daughter at this Hotel. Perfect location and very serviceminded staff!

Bra läge - nära till allt
Ett jättebra hotell med ett otroligt läge med amfi-teatern på ena sidan och på den andra sidan "gladiatorarenan". En kort promenad så är man nere på stan med alla resturanger och butiker etc. Efter en stadstur kan det vara på sin plats att inta en lunch på hotellets uteservering och fantisera om vilka pjäser som framfördes på amfi teatern för 2.000 år sedan som ligger ett litet stenkast från uteserveringen!! Vi bodde i fum 2! Mýcket trevlig personal och dom pratar Engelska!!

Really lovely place with beautiful views of roman monuments. The only complication is that you cannot drive to the hotel as it is in the historic center - however follow the instructions you get in their email upon reservation - just for the drop off and pickup of luggage the very helpful hotel staff makes that possible! They also offer a great deal on city parking!

Très bon séjour. Hôtel parfaitement situé en plein centre ville historique. Vue sur l'amphithéâtre depuis notre chambre. Accès au SPA très agréable. Petit regret mais rien à voir avec notre hôtel. Peu de restaurants ouverts le soir mi-février.

Perfect hotel to explore the sites
The hotel is in the middle of everything you need to see in the town. Beautiful location and amazing hotel. My wife and I stayed and explored the town walking to all sites from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit and breads and hot eggs and sausage. Room and bathroom were great

We loved the location of the hotel and the staff members were welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar was lovely at sunset. (Try the locally-made gin, Bigourdan, in a G&T…really unique flavor!) No on-site parking so, if you arrive by car, plan ahead and consolidate to a small bag to make the 7 minute walk from the parking garage to the hotel. Otherwise be prepared to pull your bags up the stairs and gentle slope of the streets to the hotel.

P-pladsen lå ikke ved siden af hotellet som anført. Den lå langt fra og vi skulle forcere stejle trapper for, at nå hotellet. Ingen elevator på,hotellet, igen stejle trapper for, at nå frem til værelset. I øvrigt hyggeligt hotel med venligt personale, god morgenmad

Notre bâtiment est également situé en secteur sauvegardé et la possibilité d'un ascenseur est nulle et donc nous avons une dérogation pour absence d'ascenseur. This was our favorite hotel during our whole trip. The staff go the extra mile to be helpful, the property is beautiful, we received an upgrade into a beautiful room, and were able to walk everywhere. The spa was a lovely bonus which we enjoyed both days we were there. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back.

Great location adjacent to the arena. Short walk to many restaurants. I would suggest front desk staff could be a little more helpful about driving to the hotel, and what they mean by “drive until you come to a pole.” (It’s not a poke beside the road, it is a retractable pole that blocks the road.)

Emplacement central face aux Arènes. Nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Chambre confortable, quoique qu'un peu petite ; literie, climatisation, produits de bain à disposition. Petit déjeuner buffet de qualité. Jardin de l'hôtel agréable. Parking souterrain à proximité forfait 12€/jour.

The room was great - hotel had a wonderful outdoor covered patio for drinks and meals. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The attractions were well within walking distance, as were some very good and reasonably priced restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!
