Relaxing 4-Bedroom Cottage on Smith Lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Smith lake offers plenty of adventures including boating, fishing, kayaking or just jumping into clear lake waters for a swim. Conveniently located between Duncan Bridge Marina and Duskin Point Marina!

Just a short stroll downstairs to a private dock and you have access to a secluded cove just 5 minutes from Duncan Bridge Marina. Bring your own boat and launch from the marina or rent one and park at the private dock.

Relax on the deck and enjoy the quiet after a fun-filled day on the water.
Easy access to come and go from the street or the water.
note: 5 steps to the front door. Stairs to water access.

The space
There are four spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for the whole family to enjoy. Bring your food and beverage and enjoy a full kitchen or grab a pizza from the area restaurant. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, bakeware, crockpot, etc. There is a full coffee maker, Keurig, and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and lots of comfy blankets are available.


While the circular driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles, the sharp turn makes it difficult to enter with a trailer. Please park trailers at the marina or on the street.

Other things to note
NO PETS, PLEASE! An additional charge will incur if pets have been in the home.

Relaxing

We had an amazing stay. The location of the lake was perfect for our kids to swim safely. The house was perfect, from the comfy beds and pillows, well stocked kitchen appliances, to the relaxing outdoor seating. Communiting with Tracy was easy and she was so helpful throughout the stay. The walk down to the lake is alot easier than others on the lake too! We highly suggest this beautiful home!

Quiet location

We had a wonderful stay. Disappointed that there is no view of the lake from the house. The trees in the listing picture are now fully grown, hiding the view. We ate locally at Chef Troy’s and visited a few flea markets. Walk to the lake is steep but manageable.

Great Place!

This was a beautiful, nicely appointed, well setup house that we thoroughly enjoyed. The host always responded quickly when we had questions before and during our stay. It was a great place and we would definitely stay there again.

Lake Vacation '23

Our family enjoyed a week of relaxing on the lake. This house and location is convenient to the marina and clean clear water. We would stay here again. Oh, and Jake (the dog from next door) visits enjoy evening like a good neighbor, the granddaughters loved his visits.

Wonderful lakeside stay

We had a wonderful time at Tracy’s. The house was perfect for our families. All the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything and more than what you would need. The walk down to the lake wasn’t bad at all. Would definitely stay again!

Lake life

Great house right on Smith Lake. Absolutely loved our stay here with family. The house has everything you need and is a lovely home. The host was an excellent communicator and everything went very smoothly for us. The lake is beautiful and our evenings down on the floating dock, enjoying the peaceful environment, were perfect. Would gladly recommend this home to anyone and hope to return one day.

Beautiful property surrounded by nature

Rented this property for thanksgiving with my family of 8. The property was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed the lake which was just a few steps away from the property. Great place for nature lovers. Check-in and Check-out was smooth. Host made sure we had everything we needed and communicated well. Some of the rooms did not have tv’s, however, there were plenty of board games, puzzles, and books which kept everyone entertained. Overall, a great place to stay!!
