âRoom dirty, bathroom more dirty, the loo was DIRTY! GUEST cleaned the toilet. Made staff aware of the dirty room. No proper reaction. Managers answer became that they would clean the room NEXT DAY! We checked out immediately. This establishment cannot be recommended and should not belong in any booking services!!â
âThis property is unique, it is a very old property with all mod cons and some contemporary styling. Loved the facilities and I am a lover of lots of milk in my strong tea, I always have to ask for extra milk ⊠not here, extras for all your tea and coffee making was on the landing.
The room itself and the beds were comfortable, we travelled as a family of three with me and my husband in a double and our little one on a put me up. We had a tv and lots of storage space for clothes etc.

âAbsolutey an excellent stay. When we arrived Chris the owner welcomed us and offered us the top room free of change. He also gave us a lot of advices on where to visit in Eastbourne and outside. During our stay he made us feel very welcomed. So, if you are planning a visit in Eastbourne don't hesitate to choose Ravilious. You wont regret it.â

âCarol and Ceri looked after us very well, beginning with their greeting us at the front door on our arrival. The bed was comfortable and all room facilities excellent (lovely soft towels), except that the bedside lights are not bright enough for old eyes to read by. Breakfasts, prepared by Ceri, were top class; we really looked forward to coming downstairs each morning at 8.30. It was good to be made to feel part of the family, especially as we were able to chat to other guests at the breakfast...
