“The staff at this hotel was really friendly and very helpful, no one had an attitude or anything like that. All the shuttle drivers that we interact with were very friendly. The property needs some upgrades as the carpet needs to change, but in spite of these things the staff are really good troopers. I would stay there again because it was very convenient to stay there. ”

“The hotel is very comfortable and the atmosphere feels safe and clean. Unfortunately the person who was at the front desk wasn't the most courteous one. My family and I got 3 rooms for our 2 nights stating for a graduation ceremony in the area. We felt unwelcome as not getting the sense of helping and assisting with the questions and help we get from other places we rent and hotels. Not everyone is the same but to work with people you need to learn how to speak and offer a better service”
