Bowerbird Stays Bright and Playful Cabin

Summary:
Welcome to this bright and playful cabin a short walk from Lake Winnipeg! This colourful cabin boasts a vaulted ceiling, lots of natural light, sleeps six and has everything you could need for the Ultimate Beach Getaway! An adorable sleeping loft and balcony that overlooks the backyard. There’s a firepit in the yard for creating magical campfire memories, and a beachfront park a close walk away. The well stocked kitchen is perfect for making your cheese and meat board, or snacks for the beach.

The Space:
This 10 year-old 950 sq ft cabin boasts an open concept layout and vaulted ceiling, a screened in porch and pine panelled walls. There’s a main floor primary bedroom with a king bed and two doubles in the upstairs sleeping loft. There’s one washroom on the main floor and it has a shower. The L shaped kitchen, with stainless appliances and an island is well stocked for all your cabin needs. The large screen smart tv and cozy couch are perfect for family movie nights and the stash of board games is perfect for catching up and creating new memories around the dining table.

The Neighborhood:
This property is also located in close proximity to our Cool & Cozy cabin, a few minutes away, in case you’re hoping for a group getaway.

Other Things to Note:
Guests who are 25 and older and welcome to rent our cabin--if you're a mature younger person, you are very welcome to inquire.

Firearms of any kind are not allowed in the house or on the property. This includes but is not limited to pellet guns, air guns, hand rifles and shotguns. If you’re a hunter you’re very welcome to inquire.

*Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friend. We do have a $20/day pet fee.

Beautiful space. Very clean. Bed in master bedroom most comfortable ive ever slept on. Beautiful views from all windows. Right next to the lake, great walking area. Quiet. Good communication with property management. Would love to stay again!

Twin pine cabin
The cabin is very nice. There is nothing around this cabin, it is walking distance to a rocky beach that my dog loved. It is 45 min to Heckla Island and 30 minutes to Gimli. Was disappointed as the web says there are towels but they were all wet and in the dryer. The dryer was in a garage but the smell in the garage was very bad. One of remote were missing the batteries Making us switch so we could watch the cd player as we could not get the Netflix or not able to cast onto the tv. Overall it is a very nice cabin lots of space nice yard with fireplace.

Cozy and Private
We had a wonderful time, the space was beautiful inside and out! We brought our dogs and they loved the yard. The screened in porch and fire pit were perfect! There is a park close by, and water, we drove into Wpg Beach dog beach and had a wonderful afternoon. Would stay with Bowerbirds again for sure! Robyn was reachable and very friendly. We booked for my moms bday and it was an incredible time! Thank you🙂

Quaint and cozy
This cabin was perfect for our family. Nicely decorated, great open floor layout, with comfortable sleeping accommodations. I also loved the screened in porch and firepit. Definitely hope to return again soon!:)

Beautiful cabin
Gorgeous cabin, well stocked with high quality cookware. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Nice sized yard. Glen Bay doesn't have much in the way of beach front however. But camp Morton and gimli are close and nice for beaches and hikes. Cabin had dirty towels left in a laundry basket. I don't mind that but the garage backed up with septic water and remained that way for the full stay. I tried to go in to start laundry but the smell was too overwhelming. Other than that, great space!
