Welcome to Millville Treehouse! A place to thoroughly relax, take in natures beauty and create memories with your family and friends. Millville is a 3 bedroom, two story picturesque cabin in the woods. Situated on a ½ an acre, Millville offers plenty of outdoor relaxation and fun. At Millville you have picturesque forest view from every window. We especially love the Chalet windows on the 2nd level which boast glorious views every season of the year.

Perfect for families, Millville features a game room on the entry level floor with Foosball, Air Hockey, Ping Pong table, Blue tooth/CD stereo, 42 in TV, DVD and Board game collection. The game room also has a workstation to work while seeing the beautiful outdoors.

The 2nd level boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, counter seating for 3, kitchen with attached laundry room, large great room with chalet windows and a wood burning fireplace. A 42 in Firestick TV and Xfinity cable and a Bluetooth Stereo with CD player.

You'll find tons of added amenities at the cabin, include kitchen items such as a rice cooker, countertop icemaker, air fryer, pizza pan, blender, magic bullet mini blender, tea kettle (stove top & electric), electric beaters & electric griddle, waffle maker, medium and large crockpots, cookie sheets & muffin pans. Additionally, we offer a portable swamp cooler to keep you cool during warm summer days, box fans & a dyson stand up fan.

Millville has a vast amount of outdoor space to immerse in all that nature has to offer. There is a lower covered deck and seating area. An upper enclosed deck with a table and chairs, seating area and 2 umbrellas. The back deck is enclosed and has a propane Weber BBQ, a large picnic table, seating area with an umbrella. The decks are perfect to take in all of the beauty, have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors and of course view the beautiful Sunsets, Night sky and Star gaze. On a clear night you can even see The Milky way!

In the winter, cozy up to our wood burning fireplace or playing outside in the snow.

In the summer enjoy playing croquet or swimming at the Big Trees Recreation Center and enjoying everything it has to offer from Basketball, Bocce ball, Tennis, Frisbee golf, Picnic area, Kids playground, Game room, Family pool, Kids pool, Movie night, Water Polo, Water exercises and of course the Snack bar.

There are several stairs from the driveway to the front porch. Downstairs is accessible only via interior or exterior stairways.

Access: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
