Remodeled in 2020 the Arnold Treehouse Cabin is one of the only cabins with this unique elevated look and feel in Arnold. The grand room boasts 18+ ceilings, dark floors, a cozy reading nook for coffee and large Chesterfield sofas for relaxing. The kitchen table graciously holds 8+ and the island seats an additional 6 individuals for dinner parties and social gatherings.

The large two floor 1,000 sqft deck provides a great location to take in the surroundings, enjoy early-morning coffees and meals with friends and family. There is a BBQ, freestanding ice chest, gas fire place for s’mores, a hammock, dining table for 6 and a outdoor sofa set to relax on during your stay. Play games on the deck including corn hole and ring toss with your friends and family. The inside of the home is an open-plan.

The kitchen was updated in 2020 and is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials including high-end All Clad pots and pans, Soho table wear, countertop appliances including 4 different coffee makers a Nespresso, French press, Keurig, and regular coffee pot. An electric burning range and stove, apron-front kitchen sink and high-end linens. The countertops are a beautiful white quartz and the cabinets are white with bronze hardware. All new appliances including French door fridge and new dishwasher. We also have a Kitchen Aid mixer for all your baking fun with the family.

The game room has a 3 in one table for air hockey, ping pong and pool. There is a 55 inch tv with Xbox 360, PS4, foosball table and a darts board for your enjoyment.

Sleeping Arrangements- There are two bedrooms with King beds located on the main level and both restrooms are located on the main level as well. In the great room there is a large sofa and a inflatable queen air mattress. The lower level has two bedrooms and a game room. Bedroom 3 on the lower level has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed and a trundle bed twin mattress. Game room has a futon bed.

-visit the Caverns at Mercer Caverns or Moaning Caverns.
- Visit Big Trees State Park and enjoy a day of hiking.
- Visit White Pines Lake and enjoy the fresh water.
- Visit Bear Vally for the day and enjoy the amazing Sierra’s
- Hike or Bike the the Arnold RIM trail.
- Visit the Stanislaus River and enjoy a day of kayaking

Other things to note-

Up to two dogs are allowed: There is an additional charge of $100 for duration of trip with up to two dogs. A separate request will be sent for the charge.

The Treehouse cabin is located on a hill with a uphill driveway. For winter months Nov-April it is recommended to have a 4 wheel drive or AWD vehicle. If ice or snow is present you may not make it to the top and have to walk remainder of way. 2-3 cars can easily fit on the driveway and most vehicles have no issues at all. There are also two sets of stairs to the main floor.

Cell phone service is not strong in all parts of Arnold. Please ensure to download instructions prior to arriving as you may not have full GPS service.
