This chic lake-themed tri-level home offers private spaces for everyone in your large group. Four private bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the lower level living area offers sleeping space for up to 12. The property features a main level living room, lower level living area, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, dedicated office, three season room, gaming area, hot tub and washer and dryer. Upon entering the main level of the home you are greeted with a dedicated office that includes computer monitors, webcam, keyboard and printer. From the office you will enter the newly remodeled kitchen featuring a drip and Nespresso coffee maker and solid-surface countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautifully decorated living area with fireplace and smart TV. The main floor also provides the primary bedroom with on-suite bathroom, full length mirror and make-up desk. Off the living space you will also find the second guest bathroom and entrance to the three season room. Sure to be the most popular space of the home...this three season room offers seating, outdoor dining, smart TV and direct access to the outdoor propane grill (Blackstone) and 6+ person Hot Tub.
Back into the main level of the home you can follow the stairs up to the two additional private bedrooms. The lower level stairs will take you to the fourth private bedroom, third guest bathroom, and living space with pull out couch, gaming table, and shuffleboard table.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.
This professional managed Lake Okoboji vacation rental is brought to you by Okoboji Vacation Co., a locally owned and operated company, dedicated to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
