  • Holiday apartment in a 40-year-old house. Quietly, but centrally located and with a garden

    The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a residential complex that dates back to the 16th century. The apartments have been refurbished in a typical old style and have modern amenities. They are in the midst of the Arnsberg old town, but nevertheless very quiet. The apartments have been named according to former significant residents.

    The house has a garden that can also be used for grilling.

    The apartment with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a little fireplace room measures around 80m². The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and crockery, as well as a dining space for five people. The bathroom has a bath and a shower attachment, a hairdryer, washing machine, ironing board, towels and cleaning products. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a supplementary bed and there is a sofa bed for two people in the living room, accommodating five people in total.

    The idyllic town of Arnsberg features beautiful timber-framed houses and romantic little alleys. The old town is dominated by the ruins of the castle of the Arnsberg earls and the Cologne archbishops. The town is surrounded by the Arnsberger Wald hiking area and the Ruhr meaders around it, with the ever more popular Ruhrtal cycle trail. You can walk to various sights around town in a few minutes: the Sauerland Museum, Kulturschmiede, castle ruins, art exhibition, the classicistic district by Neumarkt, the Romanesque Probstei Church etc. The nearest shopping facilities are about 500 metres away.
