We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and you must notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m. If a guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Playa de las Américas (Costa Adeje). The apartment has an exclusive and modern design with first-class materials and thought out in detail.

It has a large bedroom, exclusive and complete bathroom with shower and laundry area (washing machine). It also has an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, utensils, dishes, oven, dishwasher, etc.), dining area (for four people) and living room with sofa bed, SMART TV and FREE WIFI. The accommodation has wonderful views of Playa de las Américas.

The complex in which it is located has a communal pool and a large sunbathing area. Sun loungers cannot be reserved (if you are not using them at the time, please leave the space free for other people). It has an elevator. It does not have parking.

Neighborhood:

Close to all necessary services. Shops, bars, restaurants and pubs (which may cause noise). Also public transport and the closest beaches that can be reached on foot.
