The ground floor is organised around a bright living room open to the garden. It integrates the living room, dining room, kitchen and serves two sleeping areas including a master suite (bedroom + bathroom) and two bedrooms. A bathroom and a laundry room complete this level.

Upstairs, a second master suite with bathroom and toilet gives access to a very large private terrace. A calm and comfortable sleeping area that will delight its occupants.

In the garden, a true asset of this house, you will enjoy a vast terrace and a view of the shrubs.

From the house, you can also walk to the nearby Arradon coast, to hiking trails. Beautiful walks in perspective!

The nearest beach is located at the tip of Arradon, 1 km as the crow flies, and is very pleasant.
