Vi hade det bra trots att man höll på att renovera hotellobbyn. Kan liknas vid en byggarbetsplats. Min kollega glömde sin iphone 10 på bardisken och gick till rummet. Det var bara 3 personer i baren och de hörde till vårt sällskap. Han upptäckte detta direkt och gick tilbaka till baren. Det tog max 5 min och då var både telefonen och barkillen borta!!! Det tar ner helhetsbetyget rejält.

Hotel is rated as a 4 star however, the rooms are not 4 star. No fridge, only 1 pillow each, not enough coffee/ milk for a family room and the room is really dark! I understand the cool black ceiling but just not enough light to see. Booked a table in the restaurant for 7 of us but reception only booked for a table of 4- turned out well as there’s so many fabulous restaurants in the town, we were spoilt for choice. Overall it’s fine- breakfast was good and the staff were great

Great stay, lovely room, clean and a good size for me, my wife, and young son. Friendly and helpful staff, underground parking that took big vehicles (car with roof box). Good location only a short walk to the main squares of Arras. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Hôtel de très bon standing
Un vrai hotel de très bon standing. Un espace hall /bar/ détente exceptionnel au rez de chaussée avec coins tv, babyfoot, ping-pong, échecs, jeux. Tarifs du bar corrects. Excellent PDJ avec vraiment Beaucoup de choix en sucré et en salé, avec des produits de qualité (seule la salade de fruits est très moyenne). Chambre familiale un peu petite avec tous les couchages à côté l’un de l’autre, literie très bonne, belle salle de bain, serviettes moelleuses. Même si on comprend le concept écologique de mettre une fontaine à eau dans le couloir et juste des verres en chambre , on aurait préféré avoir une bouteille d’eau en chambre (qui se rhabille le soir ou la nuit pour aller chercher un verre d’eau dans le couloir ??). Hôtel proche du centre ville et à côté d’un parking souterrain (relié à l’hôtel); 2 places parking très courte durée devant l’hôtel pratique pour décharger la voiture.

We only stayed for one night on a stopover from Périgord to Calais, but it was a perfect stay. We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and our dog was given a tasty treat before going to the room to find dog bowls provided! We really got the sense that the management and staff pay attention to detail and want customers to have the best experience. East parking underneath the hotel as well! Ideal.

Very good location for our onward travel to the Tunnel. Location to the square in the centre is perfect and there is an underground car park with direct access to the hotel. Would highly recommend
