W enjoyed a sea view room with a balcony. We were able to check in early and shown to the room. Local maps, guides and bus time tables were available. The bathroom was tiled top to toe and the shower excellent.
This is a good pub with accommodation above and good pub food. It is not The Ritz, nor does it pretend to be and offers a great location and reasonable prices.

âWe enjoyed our three night stay at The Brunswick Hotel very much. We had two rooms for five of us. We particularly enjoyed the dining room with its beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast was included and the choices were delicious. In the evening the Billiard Room was a comfortable place to have a drink and review the day. We also thought the Sunday Roast was outstanding. Whitwell is a designated dark sky area with some very pretty houses lots of thatched roofs,the local pub is only a few minutes walk and well worth a visit,the food is excellent.

âBooked this hotel May stayed here years ago and wanted to take my parents back. It's a little dated but could not fault the breakfast or entertainment. Sally on reception is a credit to the hotel she was so friendly and helpful. Places are walkable about 10-15 mins to the beach and local bars. Would return â
