“The staff, room and facility was nice but the wi-fi is horrendous. Was not able to get any work completed during stay”

“The location was the only good place about it. The sheets and pillows looked clean but there was hair on pillows and sheets and throughout the room. The shower faucet was very difficult to work, it looked broken I was told to just pull harder. The staff was friendly, but for the price I think I'll look elsewhere to stay. Lots of families and kids around. Be aware of that if you want it looking for a calm place to stay. Smoking was allowed outside and around parking lots. Not fond of it.”

“Property is run down and in need of repair! There is no s staff on site to assist with check-in or any issues with the property. Very small unit, not suitable for my family of three , my son is 16. The description stated the unit was suitable for sleeping up to four people with bunk beds which were very small. The unit itself looked clean and newly renovated with fresh paint and flooring. However, this unit was meant for two people, or people traveling with a small child under the age of 10.”

“I had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus in Rialto. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The rooms appeared newly updated and were very clean and well maintained. One feature I especially appreciated was the push-button privacy option for the windows, which added an extra level of comfort and convenience.
