“Roof smelt like cigarette smoke, very minimal breakfast options. Paid for a suite and was a normal size room with another bed crammed in.”

“This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel. ”

“I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. “Roaches, mold throughout, inoperative wall outlets, broken shower rod, moldy shower curtain dragging in tub, decrepit furnishings, missing light bulbs in numerous fixtures, numerous cigarette burns on all furniture, tub, return air grill missing filter and dripping water onto floor, walls poorly patched and repaired, bathroom door does not close, bed improperly made (top sheet on top of blanket), bathroom exhaust grill falling off.
