We do have a Manager on Duty 24hr a day so if there are any issues or concerns you may speak with him and he will be able to better assist you during your stay. Coffee is available during breakfast hours. Upon review of your stay I see that the hotel only charged you for room and tax and then authorized your card for the 100 and then released it back to your bank institution the following day when you checked out. I also did want to mention to you that we have a Manager on Duty 24hrs a day who you may speak to with any comments or concerns during your stay.
