Accommodating up to 4 people, it offers a peaceful setting with garden views, whilst being close to shops, restaurants and the island's most beautiful natural spaces.



Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed, tree-lined garden, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. Its 12 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a plancha, will be perfect for sharing meals outdoors or enjoying beautiful summer evenings. Private access to the heated communal swimming pool (open from 15 April to 15 September) at the Thalacap centre, just a few steps from the house, is reserved for you.



Inside, you will discover a convivial and bright living space. The lounge area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and television, benefits from large bay windows offering a beautiful view of the garden and bringing pleasant light to the whole space. The dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 4 guests for your family meals. Just next door, the open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook with ease.



On the sleeping side, the house has 2 bedrooms located upstairs:

- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x200)

- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (90x190)



A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the upstairs. An independent WC is available on the ground floor.



One private outdoor parking space is available within the residence.



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine and a child booster seat.
