âPlatinum turned out to be a little more than expected! The hotel is ideally located within close distance to shopping and eateries.
The rooms are comfortable with good bathroom supplies. While the food on offer was excellent both in restaurant and room service, the breakfast could be more innovative by offering a greater choice of fruit and cereals.
Top of the marks has to be the excellent staff from room cleaning to waiters and the front desk. Shows that the management do a super job!

âInte alls lika fint som pĂ„ bilderna. Nytt men inte i bĂ€sta skick. Ligger dock nĂ€r butikerna och restaurangerna. Tror det var fel pĂ„ ventilationen dĂ„ det kom in mycket rökdoft till vĂ„rt rum. â

âThe room was clean,spacious (even with portable bed for my daughter, we had a king-size bed). The breakfast was awesome some dishes was freshly cooked). We stayed in holiday mode, i spoke to people on business who were having breakfast. Service at breakfast was good. â
âFantastic stay. Location was great if need to access city, can get taxi easy, rooms clean and good working AC. Bed comfortable and all staff helpful. Was there for a 2 week stay and will be back. The food was perfect and traditional Indian taste and roti was nice. Keep it up! â
âArriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe.
The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didnât speak with local language.
