“Brand new and feels like it. Staff was super helpful and very kind. Everyone had a smile and was amazing. The staff at the desk were so nice. I got in a little early and they didn’t give me a hard time and found a room that was ready early. That is so appreciated when you had to catch 2 flights to get there. Loved this property and will be back.”

“Nice, big hotel. Comfortable bed. Some people have written in the reviews that the hotel is in a bad area. It is not. The area is filled with new business. Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. ”

“Cold pool. Like so cold, we couldn't stay more than a few minutes. When we asked, we were told this pool was heated. We travel with our children, and this was not a great experience. Breakfast was lacking options. Never again.”

“Bra hotell utanför centrala Memphis, men i ett lugnt område med restauranger och affärer. Enkelt att ta sig till Baele St, National Civil Rights Museum och Graceland med bil. Skön säng, rent, bra parkering.”

“this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!”

“The breakfast was ok, the room was clean and the bed and a/c all really good. The roll in shower though was good except water leaked all over the floor and had to use all the towels to mop it up. The sink water pressure was very week. But all and all was a pretty good room.”
