The Casa del Mar 19, ideally located on the north coast of Mallorca in the Colonia de San Pedro, impresses guests with its simple, elegant decor and the view from its beautiful terrace. The holiday home with rustic wooden beams and tasteful decoration has a living room, a spacious, very well equipped kitchen with a dining table and a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The small bay Caló d'es Parral with its pebble beach is only a 1-minute walk away. Those who are looking for sandy beaches and water sports can drive approximately 12 minutes by car to reach the 2 km long sandy beach of Sa Canova. The property is located 5 km from the Llevant Peninsula Natural Park.
Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The property charges a fee for electricity use (only in winter).
