“I had a great stay at Ash Mill Farm. The house where I stayed (there were several building's with accommodations) was warm and full of character. I especially loved the porch with rocking chairs where my friends and I hung out and visited with over guests well into the night. The property is lovely with sweeping green lawns. We did not use the fire pit but that would be fun for a group Loved feeding the goats, horses and sheep!”

“The motel is an older one but the rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful, the outdoor is very large, there is a bar at the pool and a bar inside too that’s open to midnight, there is plenty of parking, a free breakfast from 7-10 am, and the location is very convenient about halfway between downtown New Hope and Peddlar’s Village in Doylestown, on Rt 202.”

“This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of our key cars didn’t work and they easily replaced it. Maid service is every other day, but you can request more often. Was nice not to be disturbed! Plenty of towels and pillows. Beds are So comfortable. Slept like babies! Highly recommend!”

“The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.”

We also loved the convenience of walking to the restaurant and having drinks. Definitely a dated hotel, but worth the cost and was perfect for our needs.”
