“The location was great! We were there multiple nights, they cleaned our room each night but forgot to leave clean towels one night and left their false lashes on out bathroom counter the next night. ”

“Everything about the stay was amazing. The only downside, if I had to mention one, would be the check-in process. It took quite a while to get checked in, and while some wait is understandable, it did not help that only one person was handling check-ins while the other staff member was only assisting with bags. This created unnecessary delays and frustration, especially when the only check-in employee was tied up for about 30 minutes helping another guest sort out his reservation situation.”
