Located 15 minutes south of Châteauroux and 20 minutes from the George Sand House and the Creuse Valley, this cottage is nestled in the heart of the countryside, next to a second-category river (300 meters). The house features an enclosed garden with a slide and a swing.

Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed with a sink), shower room, and toilet.

Upstairs (straight staircase with a rope handrail): three bedrooms (three double beds, one 130cm bed, one 180cm bed, a cot, and sinks), shower room, toilet, and a play area.

Garage (bike storage). Oil-fired heating (billed according to actual consumption - meter on the boiler, payable on site) and firewood provided for the fireplace.

No Wi-Fi.
