“Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”

“Had a great time with the pinball machines and game systems! Kids loved them too! And it was a great location right by the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood.”

“The staff was exceptional, great hospitality! The room had several minor issues, shower door didn’t stay closed, vanity was missing a leg, power bank on one side of the bed didn’t work, a random ballon was on the ceiling(granted we didn’t notice it one of the staff did while trying to get the power bank to work) bar and restaurant was out of multiple items.”

“Halls were hot and humid and there was a hose out of the ceiling on the ground floor emptying into a bucket with obvious water damage on the ceiling. Will probably find a better hotel on my next trip. Restaurant/bar could stay open later as well.”

“We were there for 6 nights our beds were never changed there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, rust all in the shower. Trash was only taken out once and no liners in trash cans. We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Room was never vacuumed or swept the sink was dirty when we arrived and there was hair all over the floor. Only one elevator worked and the parking garage leaked all over when it rained.
